Though the launch of superstar Mariah Carey's class on singing and songwriting wasn't schedued until February, what better time to tease her arrival on the MasterClass platform than during Christmas when the iconic Mimi resurfaces to dominate popular culture? "Pass the Mic" was created as an individual expression under the "Now You" brand idea umbrella, demonstrating literally what happens when an instructor shares their knowledge with MasterClass members. Throughout this spot, Mariah’s ‘mic’ is passed between people - some who sing and some who don’t - as a metaphor of the many lessons they’ll receive taking her class.
